Chairman of the Board
Dwight has been a member of the SCVCC since 2012, and has served on the Board of Directors since 2013. His service began on the Activities Committee in 2013, and was elected as the clubs President in 2014. Dwight stepped down as president in 2018 to pursue other interests.
Dwight’s love of the Corvette started with his first Corvette, a 1958, which he bought while in high school in 1961. A few corvettes later he purchased a 1961 Corvette in 2003, and fully restored it to NCRS Top Flight Status. To keep the 1961 company, he purchased a special edition 2013 60th Anniversary Corvette, which led him and his wife (Janene) to become members of the club. Dwight and Janene are avid Corvette lovers, and believe in driving the only true “American Sports Car”.
